1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to DataDriven Trading’s website, member accounts, subscriptions, TradingView access, Discord access, lesson library, lead forms, and related communications (the “Services”). It does not govern third-party services that publish their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information, including your email address and authentication details.
• Your public TradingView username and Discord account identifiers.
• Subscription selections and customer-support communications.
• Live Trading application details, such as phone number, account-size range, Discord name, goals, and challenges.
• Any information you choose to submit through forms or community interactions.

Payment and membership information

Stripe processes payment-card information. We generally receive customer, subscription, invoice, payment-status, refund, and dispute identifiers rather than your full card number. We also maintain the access and billing status needed to grant or remove member benefits.

Information collected automatically

We and our technology providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral information, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, interactions, cookies, and similar identifiers. The site currently uses Google advertising tags, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel for measurement and advertising.

3. How we use information

• Create, authenticate, secure, and support your account.
• Process purchases and manage recurring subscriptions.
• Grant, synchronize, and remove TradingView and Discord access.
• Provide lessons, community features, support, and service notices.
• Respond to applications and contact prospective members who request follow-up.

• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, disputes, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

• Service providers: hosting, database, authentication, email, security, analytics, and customer-support providers.
• Stripe: to process payments, subscriptions, refunds, billing-portal requests, and disputes.
• Supabase: for account authentication and application data storage.
• Discord and TradingView: to connect the account you select and administer membership access.
• Resend: to deliver transactional or requested email communications.
• Google, Meta, and TikTok: for analytics, attribution, and advertising technologies used on the site.
• Professional advisers and authorities: when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, or the protection of rights.
• Business transactions: in connection with a financing, reorganization, sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of the business.

We do not sell payment-card numbers. Depending on where you live, certain advertising-cookie disclosures may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under local privacy law.

5. Cookies and advertising choices

Cookies and similar technologies help keep sessions working, remember settings, measure traffic, and understand advertising performance. You can limit cookies through your browser and use platform-level ad settings offered by Google, Meta, and TikTok. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or member features from working correctly. Where required, we will honor applicable consent and opt-out rights.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain account and subscription records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. Retention periods vary by record. We may retain limited records after account closure when required or permitted by law.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; to opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing; or to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also have the right to appeal our response or contact a privacy regulator.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and do not send us your TradingView, Discord, or payment-account password.

9. International processing

DataDriven Trading and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards will be used for international transfers.

10. Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Services, our providers, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy with an updated date and provide additional notice when required by law.
